Terms of Service
These terms are maintained by the Content Master team and describe what you can expect from Content Master and what we expect from you.
This page is maintained by the Content Master team. It describes current practices and is not a certification or an independent audit.
1. Using the service
Content Master is a workspace for tracking user-generated-content video projects: statuses, scripts, shot lists, invoices, deliveries and client reviews. You need an account to use it, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for everything done under your account.
2. Your content
Scripts, videos, client details and any other material you add remain yours. We store and process them only to operate the features you use — for example uploading a video to your own connected storage, or creating an invoice through your own payment provider. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to advertise to you.
3. Connected accounts
Features such as email scanning, cloud storage folders, and invoicing work by connecting your own third-party accounts. Those connections are made with credentials you supply, are stored encrypted, and can be removed at any time from Workspace settings. Your use of each third-party service is also governed by that provider's own terms.
4. Plans, trials and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. Trials convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. Usage-based features have monthly quotas shown on the Plans & usage page. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and does not refund the current period unless required by law.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
- Do not attempt to access other accounts, data or systems you are not entitled to.
- Do not resell, scrape or overload the service or its automated jobs.
6. Availability and automation
Automated background checks (email lead scans, shipment tracking, payment matching) run on a schedule and depend on third-party services. They are provided on a best-effort basis — always confirm important payment, delivery and client decisions yourself.
7. Ending your account
You can request deletion of your data at any time from Your data & privacy. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms or that puts other users at risk.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the Content Master team is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Questions about these terms can be sent to privacy@ugcmaster.app.
