Privacy Policy
This policy is maintained by the Content Master team to answer common privacy and data-handling questions about Content Master.
This page is maintained by the Content Master team. It describes current practices and is not a certification or an independent audit.
What we store
- Account details: the email address you sign in with.
- Project data you enter: project names, statuses, prices, sources, producers, contacts, delivery dates, notes, scripts, shot lists, expenses and activity entries.
- Files you upload through the app: scripts and client revision uploads, stored in private buckets that only your account can read.
- Connection settings for the services you choose to link, with credentials encrypted before they are saved.
- Operational records: subscription status, feature usage counters, background job results, and the audit log of account actions.
Access control
Every table that holds your data is protected by row-level security rules tied to your signed-in account, so one account cannot read another account's projects, files, emails or settings. Client-facing share and review links use a per-project token and expose only the project you chose to share.
Connected services
The app talks to third parties only where you connect them: your email provider (via IMAP or a connected mailbox) for lead and delivery scanning, cloud storage for project folders and uploads, payment and invoicing providers for billing and payment matching, marketplace accounts you link, and an AI provider used to summarise your own project text for briefings and shot lists. Data is sent to those services only to perform the action you requested.
Cookies and analytics
The app stores a sign-in session and your interface preferences (theme, teleprompter settings) in your browser. It does not run advertising trackers.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while your account is active. You can export everything or request deletion at any time from Your data & privacy. A deletion request runs after a 7-day grace period (so it can be cancelled by mistake-proofing), or immediately if you confirm the "delete now" option. Deletion removes your projects, activity, files, settings and connected credentials. A minimal audit record that the deletion happened is retained.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export and delete your data from within the app. For any other privacy request, email privacy@ugcmaster.app and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Security contact
To report a suspected vulnerability or security issue, email privacy@ugcmaster.app with steps to reproduce. Please do not test against other people's accounts or data.
